The Support Centre for yourMac App
Docket answers your customers, hands the work to your coding agent, and keeps the changelog, roadmap and FAQ up to date automatically. One payment. No subscription.
DOCKET
Customers report what is broken, with the detail your agent needs to fix it.
Ideas arrive with votes on them, so you build what people asked for.
What you are working on, in public, without a spreadsheet to keep in step.
Every release written up from what you shipped, and everyone who asked to hear told.
Praise you can use, because permission arrives with it.
Answers to what you keep being asked, checked against your source.
BUG REPORTING
Customers describe what went wrong in their own words. Your agent reads each one, asks for what is missing, and sets the status.
TOUCHPOINTS
One purchase covers every way a customer might reach you, and everything they might need when they get there.
AUTOMATED
Your customer hears back, your agent briefed, everything updated, and no dashboard for anybody to open.
No account, no sign-up, no ticket number.
In about half an hour, in your own voice.
Emailed the day the fix goes out.
Sorted, filed, and flagged to you.
In your voice, in about half an hour, unprompted.
What was asked, what was said, what to do.
Picks up exactly what you shipped.
Changelog, roadmap, FAQ and every email.
In Slack or Discord, if you want to be.
Or leave it. The reply has already gone.
The one job on this board that is yours.
WORKFLOW
Every workflow is a trigger, an action and a schedule you set. Change the ones that arrive, delete them, or write your own.
WHEN
Eight o’clock every morning
THEN
You get yesterday in one email
STACK
No accounts, no dashboard, no vendor in the middle. Point Docket at the tools you already use, and it runs.
CUSTOMISE
You own the code, so nothing here is fixed: the colours, the boards, the statuses, what happens when something arrives. Just ask.
Five things a real buyer asks for. None of them needs our permission.
// api/submit.js
if (type === 'bug') await post(env.SLACK_WEBHOOK, { text: title });TIME
Every hour building a support centre is an hour that did not go into creating revenue for your business.
All of it necessary. None of it the reason you started.
Days of work you do not need to do.
30 minutes
Hand one line to your agent and get back to your product.
$49, once
Hours are roughly what this took us to build, not a promise of what it would take you.
RENTING
Other support centres bill you every month, for as long as you use
them.
Over three years, even the cheapest of them costs sixteen times more.

RUNNING COSTS
No database, no servers, no seats, no platform fee.
None
of them exist, so none of them can be billed. A free hosting plan is enough.
You pay only for your own AI account, well under a penny a reply, on the bill you already get.
QUESTIONS
How it works, what you own, and which edition fits what you are shipping.
A support centre you run yourself: bug reports, feature requests, a public roadmap, a changelog, an FAQ and testimonials, on your own domain. Underneath it is your own copy of the whole thing, and a site built from it. No database, and no account with us.
Whatever you build. Docket is a website, so anything that can hold a link reaches it: a Mac or Windows Help menu, an iOS or Android Settings screen, an App Store page, a README. Web products can also carry the widget.
About thirty minutes of your attention. You give your agent one line, answer a handful of questions, click the few buttons it points you to, and it does the rest.
Wherever you already deploy. It is a static site and two small endpoints, so Vercel, Netlify, Cloudflare and Deno Deploy all run it, and the setup guide covers each.
Yes, and that is the normal way to run it. It sits on a subdomain of yours, under your brand, with nothing of ours on the page on Pro and Studio.
No. There is nothing to sign up for and no password to forget. An email address is optional, and it is only ever used to keep them posted about what they sent.
A hidden field bots fill in, an origin check that turns away other websites, and a rate limit. The AI replies are capped per day as well, so a bad night costs you nothing.
Your agent writes the first acknowledgment, usually within half an hour. After that they see the status change on the board, and anyone who asked to hear is told the day it ships.
Never. They are encrypted before they are written, so an address cannot be read out of your repository or its history, and none of them appear on a page.
Pro and Studio include a widget that drops into your own pages, so someone can file a report without leaving what they were doing. The board itself stays a normal website, so a link works from anywhere.
Boards are public today, and there is no privacy setting to turn on. You hold the code though, so putting a board behind your own gate is a change you can make and keep, which is not an option on a hosted tool at any price.
Not today. A post is a commit, so it appears as soon as it is made. You can delete or edit anything at any time, and because it is your repository that is an ordinary change rather than a support request to us. Testimonials are the exception: those are held until you approve them.
Not today. Reports are text. If you want file uploads, that is a feature you can build on top rather than one you have to wait for us to ship.
You change it. It is your repository and your code, so a missing feature is work you can schedule rather than a request in someone else's queue.
Docket has its own support centre, where we answer within the hour. Email reaches us at support@theodorehq.com and we answer within one working day.
Not for the free edition, which installs by hand and runs every board. The paid editions hand the running of it to whichever agent you already use.
Claude Code, Codex, Cursor and anything else that can read a repository and follow a set of instructions inside it.
No, and there will not be. The data already sits in the repository your agent has open, so there is nothing for a server to serve.
Two endpoints, one to submit and one to vote, both same-origin so they serve your own pages rather than other people's sites. There is no read API and nothing to authenticate against, because your agent already has everything in front of it.
Very little. It reads a handful of small files and writes a few more, and it only runs when you ask it to or when you ship a release.
Nothing happens. It is one payment, the code is already in your repository, and it does not check a licence or depend on us, so it keeps running whatever becomes of us.
Yours. Your domain, your colour and your typography, with no vendor badge on a page your customers think belongs to you. The free edition carries a small Docket badge in the footer; the paid editions carry nothing of ours.
Yes. You own the code, so the colours, the boards, the statuses and what happens when something arrives are all yours to move.
There is no importer for Canny, UserJot or Featurebase. Everything in Docket is already yours and in a form anything can read, so the practical route is to ask your coding agent to move it across for you, which is the kind of job it is good at.
Nothing stops working. The site is yours, the code is yours and it builds from your own repository, so it keeps running whether or not we do. The update check simply finds nothing and carries on.
No. There are no seats, no tracked users and no per-board pricing, so the price is the same whether ten people or ten thousand use your board, and the same as your team grows.
Every board, your own domain and the whole design system. What the paid editions add is the work being done for you rather than by you.
All of them. Every edition is unlimited on products, because charging per board is charging you for shipping more.
No. On Pro and Studio every update arrives as a pull request against your repository, and you take it when you want it. On Free, new releases are free too, and you bring them in yourself.
If Docket isn't right for you, email support@theodorehq.com within 14 days of buying and we'll refund you in full. Refunds are issued by Polar, who is the seller, and your statutory rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 are unaffected.
Nothing matches . Try a plainer word, or see all the questions.
INSTALL
After you buy, Docket arrives as a GitHub repository you can make your own. No account with us, and nothing to sit through.
Buying opens the private template. One click makes a copy of it that is yours, in your own account.
Point whichever coding agent you use at the folder. Everything it needs to know is already inside it.
Paste it in and answer its questions. Thirty minutes later there is a support centre on your own domain.
Set up Docket in this repo. Read SETUP.md.
UPDATES
It checks every morning. Anything new arrives as a pull request written in plain English, and nothing changes until you merge it.
The optional notice in your widget now sits just below the Send button, so the button is always the first thing people reach.
GUIDES
114 guides across nine subjects, every price checked against the vendor and dated.
One payment, for every product and update you ever ship.
