Best for: One product, or up to five boards, and a team that wants a hosted board today at a price that does not move as customers arrive.

Best for: A funded team that wants the most mature board in the category, with Intercom, Zendesk and Jira integrations already built.
Not for: Anyone whose customer count is about to grow. The price is tied to tracked users, and that meter only moves one way.
Nolt, $29 a month billed yearly
Flat rate, unlimited users, unlimited admins, and 22 interface languages. Nothing per seat and nothing per person. The catch is the board count: one at the entry tier, five at $69 a month, and no free plan.
Best for: One board, run simply and beautifully, with unlimited users and 22 interface languages out of the box.
Not for: A studio shipping several products. The entry tier is one board, and five boards means Pro at $69 a month, $828 a year.
Frill, $22 a month billed yearly
Also flat per workspace with unlimited teammates. Surveys embedded in your product and announcements with scheduling and segmentation, which is the part of Featurebase's suite it comes closest to matching. Fifty active ideas at the entry tier, and privacy as a paid add-on until $136 a month.
Best for: A team that wants surveys, NPS and scheduled announcements sitting alongside the board.
Not for: Anyone who wants private boards or full white labelling cheaply. Both sit behind higher tiers, white labelling at $136 a month billed yearly.
Fider, free
AGPL-3.0 and actively maintained. No seats, no tiers, no add-ons, because there is nothing to buy. Docker, PostgreSQL and your own mail sender, so about $6 to $12 a month for a small VPS. No changelog feature, and the security patching is yours: three releases in three months to July 2026 fixed a critical auth flaw, then SSRF and XSS.
Best for: A developer who is comfortable running Docker, PostgreSQL and a mail sender, and wants no licence cost at all.
Not for: Anyone who needs a changelog, which Fider does not have, or who would rather not be the one applying security patches.
