Four fifths of our tickets are bought on a phone and the seat map is built for a desktop. People pinch and drag for a minute and then ring us to book instead, which rather defeats the point.

In progress. Rather than shrinking the plan, a phone gets the sections first and the seats within one section second, which is how people choose anyway.
The full plan is still there for anyone who wants it.
