Website Proposal
Prepared for Harbor & Pine, Inc. by Cobalt Studio, LLC.
Overview. Harbor & Pine wants a website that shows its furniture the way the showroom does: calm, well lit and easy to browse. This proposal covers design, build and launch of a new site in eight weeks.
Scope. A new home page, a catalogue with filters for room, material and price, a page for every product with large photographs, a showroom page with opening hours and directions, and an enquiry form that reaches the sales team the same day.
Timeline. Weeks one and two: discovery and wireframes. Weeks three to five: design, with two rounds of changes. Weeks six and seven: build and content. Week eight: testing and launch.
Investment. $18,500 for design and build, paid in three parts: 40% to start, 40% when the design is approved, and 20% at launch. Hosting and support after launch are $240 a month, cancel any time.
What We Need. Product photographs and descriptions, the brand guidelines, and one person at Harbor & Pine who can approve each stage within three working days.
Next Steps. If this looks right, sign below and we will send the first invoice and book the discovery workshop for the following week.

Choose your PDF, type the words, pick Diagonal, Tiled or Footer, then press Download PDF. Every page gets the watermark.
No. The watermark is added in your browser, and your PDF is never sent to us or stored.
Yes. The watermark is added on top of each page, and the text and links underneath stay selectable and clickable.
Diagonal for a bold Confidential or Draft across the middle, Tiled to cover the whole page so it is hard to crop out, and Footer for a quiet line at the bottom.
Someone with PDF editing software can remove most watermarks, so treat one as a clear label and a deterrent, not a lock.
Yes. Save it as a PDF first: in Word choose Save As and pick PDF, or in Pages choose File, Export To, PDF. Then watermark the PDF here.
Current Safari and Chrome. There is nothing to install.
Yes. Share the PDF with Loop and turn on Ask for Email and Watermark: each reader’s email then appears faintly across every page they view. The file itself is not stamped, so turn Download off if every copy must carry it.
