A student in New York booked our 7pm Wednesday and arrived for what she thought was 7pm her time. The confirmation email showed our time with no timezone on it at all.

A time with no timezone beside it is not a time, and this is the second report of somebody travelling on the strength of one. Fixing it properly rather than adding a label.

Out now. Booking pages and confirmation emails show the class time in the studio's timezone and in the reader's own, side by side, whenever the two differ. Calendar invites carry the correct timezone so a phone converts it itself.
