Proof-of-delivery photographs taken while offline appear twice once the phone finds signal. Our back office is deleting duplicates by hand every afternoon.

Somebody deleting duplicates by hand every afternoon is a cost we can put a number on. Straight into this sprint.

In progress. Each photograph is given an id on the phone when it is taken rather than by the server when it arrives, so a retry is recognised as the same photograph instead of a new one.
