Shottr is a 2.3 MB screenshot app, hand-optimised for Apple Silicon, that does things far bigger tools cannot. Scrolling screenshots capture entire web pages and chat threads; built-in OCR copies text from any capture and reads QR codes; a pixel ruler and colour picker handle design measurements; and a clever eraser pixelates or removes objects, including a text-only erase mode for scrubbing sensitive details.
Developer Electric Endeavors keeps it fast and generous: the app is free to use indefinitely, with a $12 Basic Tier licence required for commercial use and a $30 Friends Club tier for enthusiasts who want experimental features early.
