Anything over about 100KB gets a "view entire message" link partway down, usually right in the middle of a sentence. Half my list is on Gmail so half my list stops reading there.

Gmail clips at 102KB and always has. What Fernpost was doing wrong was padding the HTML enough to hit it on issues that had no business being that big.

Out in 1.6.1. The generated HTML is about 40% smaller on a typical issue, and the editor now tells you the size before you send with a warning as you approach the limit rather than after somebody complains.
