Every issue I had queued for the week of the 27th went out at 08:00 instead of 09:00. I'm in Lisbon and the schedule was set before the clocks changed. Nothing else about them was different.
Two were embargoed until 09:00, so I've spent this morning apologising to people. Not ideal.
You're right, and thank you for mentioning the embargo, that's the part that actually matters here.
The schedule is stored in your local time but the worker compares against UTC, so anything queued before a clock change is out by the difference until it's saved again. I'm fixing the comparison rather than asking everyone to go and re-save.
Still on this, sorry. The fix is written and I'm sitting on it until I can test a real clock change rather than a faked one. I'd rather be a week late than break it the other way.
