Fantastical is Flexibits' calendar for the Mac, the app that turned natural language event entry ("Lunch with Anna Friday at 1") into the standard everyone else copies. Calendar Sets switch whole groups of calendars on and off by context, Openings lets people book time against your real availability, and tasks from Reminders and Todoist sit alongside events. Weather forecasts, travel time and conference call detection round out the day view.
The free version covers basic calendaring; Flexibits Premium costs $6.99 per month or $56.99 per year and unlocks the full feature set across Mac, iPhone, iPad and Apple Watch. Fantastical 4 shipped in October 2024, and version 4.1.16 followed in June 2026 with event mirroring to prevent double-booking and a Meet With tool for checking colleagues' availability.
