Being told about a decade of somebody else's decisions when you fixed a typo is a good way to get an extension uninstalled. Agreed.

Shipped in 1.9.0. Reviews cover your changed lines and the code they touch, and anything else is behind a "review the whole file" option for when you actually want it.
