In files over about 2,000 lines every keystroke lags by a beat once Crag is enabled. Disable the extension and it's instant again. I've been turning it off to write and on to review, which rather misses the point.

An extension that makes the editor worse to type in has failed regardless of how good the reviews are. We'll treat it as such.

Out in 1.9.0. Crag was re-reading the whole file on every keystroke to keep its map current, which is fine at 200 lines and not at 2,000. It now updates only the part you changed, and waits until you pause.
Measured on a 4,000-line file, typing is back to the same latency as with the extension off.
